As you will be aware, we have been undertaking a number of fundraising activities to enable us to purchase a new Trim Trail to benefit all pupils. Our efforts in completing the Clumber Park 10k raised £673.00 towards our target, with money also coming in from sales of tickets for our Christmas performance and raffle, half the proceeds from the Christmas Fair at Yeoman Park and other donations.
Further to this, DS Smith Packing in Clay Cross have joined our fundraising efforts. They have raised £303.21 through cakes sales, raffle and a Christmas jumper day during this festive period. As if this wasn’t enough, members of staff there have committed to completing the Mam Tor Challenge in March 2020 and will be donating any sponsorship monies to our campaign. A truly fabulous and generous gesture!
Through all these activities, we have managed to raise a truly magnificent £2445.21 towards our new equipment. We are blown away by this generosity and want to thank everyone who has donated and/or been involved in the fundraising efforts to this point.
